Wax Setter tooling is used during production of waxes to form and constrain wax patterns from shrinking or deforming beyond the dimensions required by the casting engineer. After removal from the wax injection mold the pattern is placed in the wax pattern setter and clamped in position. Adjustability, rigidity, and operator friendliness are the key ingredients to good setter design and construction. Our designers can utilize your concepts or provide our own in a collaborative effort to produce a functional and efficient design setter.
